This form will authorize the Town of Tillsonburg to send your property tax bill to you by email instead of mailing a paper copy to you.

I authorize the Town of Tillsonburg to transmit all future Property Tax bills (roll number indicated above) to the email address I have provided. I understand that I will no longer receive property tax bills by regular postal service. I also understand that failure to receive a property tax bill does not excuse me from the responsibility of paying taxes nor relieve me from incurring a penalty for past due property taxes. I accept responsibility for contacting the Town with any change in my email address.
